I feel like posting sorry for the lack of updating twice in a row is super redundant, but I am! I've been super busy with school, work, my internship, and all the other crap that comes along with being a college student. I really want this blog to be something I dedicate my time to. No more excuses. I have so many things to post. A review of my JC Foxy's that came in about a week ago, (I was going to do a christmas haul but that's pointless now...) a Doc Martens review as well. Bare with m, hopefully both will be this week along with another tumblr pickings and editorial wednesday.

update

I'll be honest.. I'm horrible at maintaining a regular schedule. Maybe that should be one of my new year's resolutions. So many things in my life have been hectic with the spring semester just days away and getting ready to go back on campus. I can't believe how fast break went by, and I even went home a week earlier than most. I'm going to try to get back to posting more soon, but with classes starting on Monday we'll see how that goes. I've been doing a lot of preparation for this semester with planning for a perfect (I use that word loosely) schedule and finding another way to balance the clubs and organizations I plan to join this semester. I know this semester is going to have it's ups and downs but i'm pretty confident going in, hopefully it goes as smooth as my first semester did. Anyway, hope all is well for everyone who is reading.

I've personally always been interested in doing a weekly series that highlights something that I love. Editorials are just that. The perfect mixture of art, photography, fashion, models, and designs, even typography. They have it all. Wednesdays seem like a good day out to week to do it. Being hump-day and the middle of the week, maybe a burst of inspiration would be perfect source of inspiration to get us through the week.

as a "photographer" I have always loved to admire the works of others. Being introduced to sally mann in my photography course this semester I was instantly drawn to her images. for one she's a master at film, but her images have certain a provocativeness to them that you can't help look away. mann's "At Twelve" and "Family Pictures" series for one are perfect example of her mastery of the craft but her undeniable ability to photograph moments that are so pure and beautiful.
